Description
This is a rare opportunity to purchase a stretch of the River Avon riverbank, providing full riparian rights, mooring and fishing, to the mid-point of the river. Situated in the leigh of the Victorian former soap works, now part of the Broadmead Lane Industrial Estate, the plot enjoys waterside views towards open fields opposite.
The plot benefits from shared access and use of a rise and fall floating pontoon which provides space for a 50ft mooring. With the riparian rights there is potential for dual side by side mooring, provided the navigable part of the river is not obstructed.
Atop the riverbank is a strip of land running the length of the mooring that offers potential for storage or seating etc. and benefits from mains electric and private water supply. In addition there is a single parking space in a nearby parking area as well as access to a communal washroom and laundry block (by way of annual license).
Agents Note – the boats pictured in the photos are not included in the sale.
