14/02594/COND – Discharge of condition 4 attached to application 10/01650/FUL. This is landscaping and parking scheme.

A rear extension to the main building has been demolished and the Planning Department have confirmed development has begun and is therefore extant (live).

14/05438/VAR – Variation of condition 9 of application 10/01650/FUL. This is a later variation which changes the scheme to single storey development with larger rear extension. Interested parties should satisfy themselves as to the status of this permission.
