The city’s largest charity event of the year is back at Canford Park, and it’s set to light up the skies like never before!
After the tremendous success of last year’s Fireworks Fiesta, we’re thrilled to announce to you the return of this event on Saturday, November 4th, 2023, brought to you by Bristol Round Table and The Rotary Club of Clifton.

Canford Park is accessible from Canford Lane or Abbey Road. As you make your way to the event, you’ll be greeted by the mouth-watering aroma of food stalls offering delicious snacks and a variety of hot and cold drinks.
Ticket Information
If you’re wondering where to purchase your tickets, the answer is simple: they can only be bought online before the event. Standard tickets are priced at £10.00, and children under 3 get in for free!
Supporting Local Charities
The Fireworks Fiesta isn’t just a feast for the eyes; it’s also an opportunity to support local charities. The event benefits the Lord Mayor of Bristol’s Children’s Appeal and the charities of Bristol Round Table and The Rotary Club of Clifton. The organisers and volunteers donate their time and skills to Charity, ensuring every penny goes toward a good cause.
The Lord Mayor of Bristol’s Children Appeal is a registered charity that raises money throughout the year to help the city’s most disadvantaged children and young people at Christmas time. This Charity raises approximately £82,500 yearly to spread between 1,650 children and young people, with each child receiving a £15 voucher for gifts or clothing and a £35 voucher for food.
Safety First
Safety is a top priority, so bringing your own fireworks and sparklers is strictly prohibited. The same goes for alcoholic drinks. These rules are in place to keep everyone safe and ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
Entertainment and Food
Before the main fireworks display, you can enjoy the lively tunes of an ambling band, setting the mood for the spectacular show. Don’t worry about food and drinks; the event offers a range of official food and non-alcoholic drink stalls on-site, ensuring quality and safety for all attendees.
Glow Sticks and More
If you’re in the mood for extra fun, you can purchase glow sticks and other items on-site, with all profits going to Charity. Please be aware that only card or contactless payments will be accepted for these purchases.
The Grand Firework Display
The highlight of the evening is, of course, the stunning fireworks display. Expect a high-quality show lasting around 16 to 18 minutes, performed by none other than the winners of The British Firework Championships 2023, Skyburst!
For the Community
While the event welcomes everyone, it’s mainly for those living in the local Bristol area. Proceeds from the Fireworks Fiesta go primarily to charities serving the Bristol community, making this event a true celebration of local spirit.
Keep It Simple
This event aims to keep things simple and affordable, so you won’t find funfair stalls and rides on the premises. It’s all about the fireworks!
Safety and Lost Children
Your safety is paramount, and a refund policy is in place in the unlikely event of cancellation. Canford Park is well-sheltered, and safety is continually reviewed to ensure a fantastic experience.
For parents’ peace of mind, an area is designated for lost children. The Pavilion, located adjacent to the tennis courts, is the place to go if you become separated from your child. Just instruct them to find someone wearing a Hi-Viz yellow jacket.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation before the gates open at 17:30 on November 4th, 2023, a full refund for the face value of your ticket(s) will be issued. However, refunds will not be possible if the event must be cancelled after 17:30, either before or during the display.
